The Downtown LA Retail Project provides FREE retail consulting services to any businesses wishing to locate or expand in Downtown Los Angeles.

Services Include
• Business location / site selection
• Loan packaging and placement
• Market assessment
• Business consulting and training

The Downtown LA Retail Project was created by the City of Los Angeles Community Development Department as part of its Los Angeles Business Assistance Program. The project is administered by VEDC, in partnership with the Mayor's Office of Economic Development, the Los Angeles Conservancy, and the Community Redevelopment Agency.
